Traditional Free Grace Theology (i.e. the teachings of Lewis Sperry Chafer, William R. Newell, Charles Ryrie, Warren Wiersbe, etc.) says yes, but non-traditional Free Grace Theology (i.e. the teachings of Zane Hodges, Jody Dillow, and Bob Wilkin) says no.
